I am supposto close on a condo tomorrow, which has been remodeled - and I feel that the heating doesn’t work right. The the A/C works fine - but the Heater doesn’t go on unless I turn the thermostat fan to the “ON” position. If the heater fan is in the “auto” position on the thermostat I can hear the heater click to go on but the air doesn’t come out of the vent, but if I turn the fan to “auto” the heat comes out fine but the fan will stay ON all the time. Shouldn’t the heater work on the “auto” setting like the A/C does? The maintenance person replaced the thermostat with a new Honeywell digital. I would appreciate and suggestions as to what could be wrong on this. Thanks
