Any or all three. I would go with the cheapest bid, If all three are offered by one installer, get another bidder! Unless, he is the lowest bidder. In that case ask him which one he has in his house.
trane is the best brand of the three u mentioned. we used to sell carrier/bryant and we moved up to trane…..not nearly as many warranty calls
If these are your only brand options trane is a good solid system, only be aware there are several different models to chose from. Assuming you are replacing an existing system ask about the deluxe models 14.0 seer and above., also consider the new freon
R-410A.
Since I install all makes and models of equipment i can say that my personal fav. at the moment is BRYANT “EVOLUTION”.
if you buy the gas furnace, condensor and, evolution thermostat.
the system as a whole communicates giving what i have noticed
is the best efficency rating and comfort system.
I’m from Australia and i used to install air conditioners for a living i would personally go for a 3 phase inverter they are the cheapest to run and the most efficient i personally wouldn’t use any of the three i would save up my money for a dakin or a mitsubishi i would only put the into my home best rating vs reliability i have ever seen check out the link i know is Australian but i will help i guaranty it.
