With the compressor and cooling fan running out side it would cost more seeing it’s another 2 motors on the system.
My heating is more expensive than my AC. Heating oil, central air. In Ohio zone 6a
It really depends on where you live and the price of fuel in your area. It’s always a lot more to heat our home and apartments because of the cost of natural gas, but the air conditioners use more electricity.
