Heating and Air Conditioning

I work at a heating/ air conditioning co. & we are looking for a co. to finance cust. w/ little or no credit?

we have been on numerous estimates for a furnace or a/c replacement where customer has no money and can’t get financing because of bad or no credit and we lost the jobs to other companies that could provide this service

   I would contact your local bank, preferably a small community bank instead of one of the big banks. If they aren’t interested then you may want to check with a local finance company.

   You could also get some type of credit line from your bank to handle financing yourself and just add something to the interest rate and/or price of the unit since you will be assuming the risk. While you would be on the line for the debt, you would also be reaping the benefit of higher interest charged plus you know where the unit is and you’re already set up to take it back if necessary.
