Jewels asked: It makes scurrying noises when we get in the car to use it and especially when we turn the fan on. I’m afraid it’s going to jump out onto us as we’re traveling 65 mph!

Curious asked: There is no reversing valve in my outdoor compressor / condenser unit but my thermostat is a heat pump style one with the extra emergency heat setting. I just tested the regular heating selection and achieved about 86 degree temperture at a supply register but this may just be because the attic is hot. Yet, it was after I had run the AC with a 54 degree supply register temperture. Can the reversing valve be installed anywhere else besides next to condensing coils in the outside unit?

Jenna M asked: Our control panel seems to be “dead”. We checked all the breakers and they are fine, but we cannot adjust the AC because the control panel in the house is not working…..Does anyone know if we can reset this??? or what may be wrong? The panel in the house is a Bryant.

Betsy asked: I have central air. I turned my heater on for the first time yesterday and it seemed to work just fine. I felt the air coming from the vents and it is warm. The temperature reached the set temp on the thermostat. The problem is that my air conditioning unit also comes on. I don’t think this is normal. Can someone please tell me why this is happening? Thanks.
